Red Rock Canyon

The red is all red. Amazing cool!

I saw people climbing the rocks and hiking... As for me, photos photos photos..okie next stop... It's too cold ~~

Not all the rock around the area are RED. So it's pretty cool to see some red and some not red rocks~

Able to see snow on the mountain~

Red Rock Canyon is very close by Las Vegas~~~ since I went to Vegas 4 days this time, I decided to do something other than gamble. Red Rock is an area of world wide geologic interest and beauty. 15 miles away from Red Rock Canyon is all the Casinos, which super tall buildings, all you can eat buffet, man-made everything. Here you get the see extremely red looking rock!!! Good part about here is that visitors can do some hiking and camping~ The weather is extremely cool the date I went so no hiking for me, but I will go back again during summer time and explore it again! It's really cheap to get in too, only $5!!! Good deal!!! Once you enter into the Canyon there is a 13 miles scenic drive... you can stop at any point to take photos or check out. The road is one way street so there is no way anyone can be lost!!!! I had a wonderful time here!!! After coming here I realized that I should do more outdoor traveling since I am still young~~~ ^__^~ I am trying to plan out which national park I should go next month!!! My goal is to go to at least one national park per month!!! Hopefully I can do it!!!

I saw an amazing thing this time is that, a Korean family took their own stove, and cook HOT SPICY instant noodles at the picnic... That was so COOL!!! In cold day eating hot spicy instant noodles, I love it! I wanna do that next time too! Me and my Japanese instant Noodle!

Big 2 for little Marcus

Marcus aka little Monchhichi is turning big 2 !!! Rocio was very kind to invest me, Hong, and Sunil to his birthday party. Oh man, Marcus was super cute!!! He doesn't really care about birthday...party...gifts... All he wants is watch his CARS dvd and pinata (which is full of candies). He is so cute!!!! He is my son-in-law..wahahaha Gotta hurry with baby Lin~~

Not only Marcus is cute, baby Vince is cute too!!! Check out part time dad, Sunil!!! Man, he is the perfect daddy to be guy!!! Vince totally loves him!!!

Welcome Tucker Wilson

Welcome Mr.Tucker Wilson to the Lin's family....
I have adopted him few weeks ago!!! The very first sight I saw him I know he will be part of the family for the rest of his life!!! He is super cute Corgi!!!! Everyone in the family loves him! Mom thinks his name is Tucker is too hard, she decided to name him Taco now..wahahaha Yo Quiero Taco Bell!!!

Tsuruhashi Restaurant

Another Japanese BBQ place in Orange County. This place is not as expensive as Anji, but you get what you pay for... The service is extremely nice! Waitress kept coming back with new cup of hot tea! Overall the meat is good, service is excellent but the only thing I don't like about this rest. is that the sauce they offered for the meat isn't the sauce I like. Since it's my first time here I order the weekday special for $25 dollars I get 4 types of meat to try. Along with my order I asked for a big bowl of rice...errr $3 dollars! Expensive rice but it's really good! Mmn, I would rather pay a little more for Anji.

Orange County Great Park

Second time going to the Great Park. I was going to take my cousins for a balloon ride so they can see the whole OC but too many people in line for the ride. Next time~~~ The balloon is no longer Orange Orange.... fade from the weather. The last time I came here was beg. of 2009 where I took Lucky here. Had a great time with him... miss him dearly~

FUKADA

Very famous Japanese Noodle Restaurant @Irvine. I seen so much good reviews about it... Finally able to try it out with my cousins~ After testing it myself I gotta say yes, it's the best Japanese noodle around Irvine. But still not as good as Shin Shen Gumi (Fountain Valley). The price is extremely cheap too. $9 during lunch time for a bowl of rice and a bowl of noodle. As for dinner it's $11 for a bowl of rice and a bowl of noodle. I really like there rice bowl!!! For your rice, you can ask for white rice or brown rice. There brown rice is organic which taste really good!!! Make sure you come early now or else you will be in line.

Black Cherry Garden

We love coming here!!!! Everything taste so good! Wonderful services too! We had the restaurant all to our self that night!!! Wonderful!!! Thanks to Amanda for the wonderful $230 dinner!

Yeah!!! Finally back to Black Cherry Garden again! Lil, Amanda and I had a wonderful meal the very first time we tried that place. This time we made reservation before we drop by the restaurant!!! We requested Tomato with bacon, chicken skin, and chicken wings!!!
Last time we ate here, we loved the tomato with bacon... This time I like "ume shiso with chicken" the most!!! Tammy loves there chicken skin... Lily loves the triangle rice with miso... Amanda still loves Tomato with bacon...
Sadly the chef will be closing Black Cherry Garden by end of the year. He wiill be opening up another restaurant with others @ Burbank next Feb. The new restaurant will be serving, kushitori (Japanese BBQ), Chinese food, & Italian food. When everything is complete at the new restaurnt I'll go taste it out!!!! At the end I gotta say thank you to Amanda for the expensive dinner. $230 for 6 of us...wowow expensive~ But we all had a wonderful time... we ate like we are rich, we act like we are rich, and yes we are rich that night!!! This wonderful memory will always be with me~ Thanks Amanda~

Downtown Disney

Went to Downtown Disney with cousins today!!!! We didn't buy anything just go there and hang out~ Check out our cute photos~~~ I think we went crazy taking photos with Disney toys~

Laguna Beach

For my cousins to visit the nearest beach around where they live is like 2 hrs. drive away from their home. Since I live so close to the beach, I gotta take them to our NICE beach. Today I took them to Laguna Beach~~~ I can't believe how nice the weather is at the beach.

I really wanna take my cousins to Mesa Grill @ Las Vegas this time.
This place has wonderful wonderful steak!!!
If you know famous Bobby Flay, you will know Mesa Grill...
Mesa Grill is locate at Caesars Palace... Gotta make reservation if you wanna try that restaurant!
All the food is excellent over there! I love STEAK from there!!! We order port tenderloin this time since Miss Lily can't eat any BEEF products. I gotta say the tenderloin is great too! Take a look at the yummy food we order & ate~

Las Vegas

Went to Vegas with my cousins this long weekend!
We all had a super super fun time!
I guess this is our last time getting all together before Amanda & Tammy go back to Taiwan.
Don't worry, I will try to visit you two at least once every two years!!!
As we promise, we will get together as often as possible!

Thanksgiving Dinner @ Hong's House

Hong decided to have Thanksgiving dinner at her house tonight!
It was a lot of work but it turned out really fun!
Everyone had a wonderful time... I am sure everyone went home with few extra lbs.
Hong cooked the turkey.... and I cooked everything else (with Hong's help of course)
The food was really really good!!! Everyone was very impressed with my cooking too!
