Bistro 400

Thanks to Hong... I am able to have a free meal today~ We went to Bistro 400 for lunch. Hong found this small restaurant online. I think this place is way over priced!!! 3 of us ate hamburgers and quesodilla for lunch, Toan paid around $40 for it. Take a look at the photos... I think "In & Out" has better hamburgers!!!

Ruby's @ Irvine Spectrum

Went to Ruby's for late dinner. Ruby's atmosphere is like diner around the 60s. I been here many time but never took photos of my food. I guess they are famous for burger and shake! I think they got nice shakes, as for burger...In & Out is better!

I ordered Mushrooms Swiss Burger (Middle left photo), and asked them to cut in half so FAFA and I can share. As for Yo-Long he ordered American Kobe Burger (Top right photo).
Joke of the Day
Dr. Yo-Long Lin thought American Kobe Burger is what Kobe Bryan (famous Lakers basketball player) would order whenever he comes he so Ruby's name this burger after him. hehehehe wrong~ wrong~ wrong~ The reason why this burger is called Kobe cuz they use American Kobe Beef.

Friendly Fram @ Maryland

Friendly Farm Restaurant (www.friendlyfarm.net)

On our way to Hershey's factory my cousin, Dave, decided to go to Friendly Farm for lunch. YEAH~ New restaurant to try!!! I love going to new places. I heard this place has wonderful crab cake. Well, this restaurant is located out NO WHERE!!! When I arrive here I was thinking errr this place any good? It's located outta no where, I am sure we don't have wait in line. Wrong Wrong Wrong! When we arrive here I saw so many people at the front door.

Friendly Farm Dining is family style, it have been in business for 50 years, A choice of individually presented entrées, such as Roast Beef, Shrimp, Fried Chicken, Country Ham, Porterhouse Steak or "Our Famous" Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are offered. Included with your meal are servings of the daily vegetable, fresh hand-cut french-fried potatoes, fruit, apple butter, cottage cheese, our relish dish, and an abundance of dinner rolls and deep-fried sugar rolls with butter and beverage. Completing your meal is a generous scoop of dairy-fresh ice cream.
Friendly Farm... look at all the people waiting. But all the people who dine here are OLD. I think our table are the youngest group dining here.
You order, you pay before going into the dining room.
They do sell fresh bake pies and breads~~
This place looks like retirement home's cafeteria.
Dinner rolls, sugar donuts, beets, apple sauce, cottage cheese, pears & etc. All taste really good! I love it~ If you want more they will bring more for you.
Another view of all the side dishes... I love the sugar donut & pear! Oh, pear taste really good with cottage cheese!!!
Kids meal - Roast beef... This is way way way too much food for a kid!
Fried Chicken - this thing is SUPER good!!!
My crab cake... YUM~ But I still think the Fried Chicken is the BEST!

Mimi's Cafe

Went to Mimi's Cafe today...
They got a really good deals going on right now.
For $12.99 you get to have one app, one JUST ENOUGH meal, and one dessert! If you want any drinks just add $1 more. Tonight I went with my friend Jeffory. He studies too hard for his PhD. so hardly have time to come out his room to explore. Recently he thinks Ebisu and Mimi's Cafe is really really good. So he suggested to eat at Mimi's. Mmn...when was the last time I tried here... ages...hahaha not a big fan of Mimi's. Anyways, there are just two of us we ordered 3 items from the JEST ENOUGH section. Overall the food is pretty good and price is right~ I guess I am glad that I ate here for dinner. (I was hopping to eat Japanese BBQ~) I didn't use flash when I am taking pix of the food so more of my photos turned out blurry~~ oops~

The interior looks very European style... I like it~

I like this light~

Picture of the restaurant...

Pastry... I love their carrot bread!!! So good!

App. Pull park quesadilla... Very good!

Salmon...since I stopped eating meat I guess this is the only ting I can order in the JUST ENOUGH section. It's not pretty good. Portion is a bit small~

Shrimp and chicken noodle.. tasty~ I always order this...I like it~

Maple glaze pork chop... I think the pork was too sweet and hard~

Dessert... Chocolate brownie with ice cream. Nothing special but it's a good dessert after this big meal!

Citrus City Grille

Citrus City Grille located at Old Town Orange (near Orange circle).
Well, I cam here with Monica for lunch...
Check out our photos... Man, I think the food here is outstanding too!!! I think they have mastered the art of sauce making! The homemade olive focaccia bread is served with a balsamic vinegar which is super good! I kept saying no more bread, no more bread but kept finding reasons to dip the bread into this tasty sauce. Sorry the olive focaccia bread taste so good, I forgot to take a picture. Overall I like this restaurant, just a bit expensive. Just for lunch dinner it cost $50 dollars for 2 people~~~

This restuarant looks very very high class!!!

Seared Rare Ahi Tuna Salad ($14)- Ahi so fresh that it melts in your mouth, complemented by avocado wrapped in a crisp potsticker type skin on a bed of mango and cucumbers drizzled with a cilantro orange vinaigrette. Light, refreshing and absolutely crave-worthy...

I forgot what kinda pasta did we order.. this is good!

Another view of my tasty noodle~

Grand Marnier Souffle ($10)...LORD this thing is do damn good! Monica totally agree with me too! Take a look at my next picture...

Fresh homemade whipped cream & berries sauce... YUM~~~ I want more!!

Gone! Gone! Gone! everything is gone!!! I love it!

Huntington Beach Smokin' Mo's BBQ
301 Main St. #107Huntington Beach, California (714) 374-3033

I found this tasty BBQ restaurant online.
It was rate #1 BBQ around Orange County.
Few weeks ago I took Mei's family over there to try it out.
The meat is super JUICY!!!!

Looks good right??? Taste really good too!!!
The meat is so soft, it just falls apart when I touch it with my fork~

This is the Full Slab Mo's Combo... Comes with 3 types of sauce, beans, bread, and salad

Another view of my meal~~~ The meat is REALLY SOFT!

The restaurant looks very cool~~~ You order your meal first like Burger King...
Friendly services!!!

This pig is cool... surfing on the sky~
