This is the most mouth watering dumpling house on this side of Los Angeles!!!
Thank goodness for being early birds. My mom and I drove over an hour for dinner. We got there a little before the dinner opening at 5pm where a line had already formed. Popular place! 15 minutes after we got seated, the place was a fullhouse. We had three different types of dumplings-- all were delicious and tasted as authentic as California can get. The dumplings were filled with meat juice that brought out the flavor of what a dumpling should taste like. My mom and I both loved the sweet red bean dumplings!!! It's a must order item!!! My mom told me that when I was little I can eat all 10 dumplings all by myself.. wahahaha I still can eat more than 10!!! We also had the spicy soup noodle that was cooked with clear broth with soy sauce and meat juice.

Overall the movie is so so... I would rated a B. It's just a comedy movie for people to enjoy. I still thinks that Andy should have called me for the female role.

Quan Hy (Central Vit. Restaurant)

When you are sick and tire of Vit. Pho, you should come over to Quan Hy for Vit. food. The food taste and look totally different from Pho. Quan Hy is not the typical Vit. restaruant... This place is very clean and cool! One little problem about this rest. is that most of them don't speak English... but we just found out today that one did speak some Chinese!!! I think most of the items here is SPICY~~~

Mi Casa

Mi Casa - very ghetto mexican food close by OCTA. Well, its like 3000 walking steps for me from OCTA to Mi Casa and from Mi Casa back to OCTA. The price over here is really cheap!!! The food is not bad too!!! I guess this place would be a hole in the wall type of restaurant!

My Burritos combo came with Salad & Drink for only $6.75.
The burritos was so big I only ate half of it~

My friend Rocio ordered Chile xxx forgot what is it but its big green bell pepper stuffed with cheese. Than deep fried the pepper and add more cheese on top. She likes it very much~

Ebisu Noodle House @ Fountain Valley

Ebisu - everyone's favorite around Fountain Valley & Huntington Beach. I ate here so often when I was in High School. My friends and I would come here so often!!! After I move to Newport I hardly come here... Man, its good to come back here for dinner with my friend. The food taste the same good! When I was in high school my favorite dish at Ebisu was the fried rice. Now my favorite dish is Ten Gen Rice & Okunomiyaki~~~ Look at the photos hold your watery mouth!!! All the price went up... I recall when I was in high school combo A lunch special was only $5.95... sniff sniff... I miss the good old days. Noodles are very good here but I am not a noodle person.

Ten Gin Rice -$7.50 The egg is sooooo soft! I love the gravy too! If you want you can order Ten Gin Fried Rice - $8.50. It's really good! The plate is so big that its enough for 2 people!

So much Gravy!!! I am sure this can be kids favorite dish too!!

I really like food from here. Small, clean, neat~
I took my mom to dinner here tonight. She enjoyed it very much~

Mom ordered Sashimi Salad $12 Fresh Seafood plus greens & seaweed~

Sashimi that comes with my Combo B for $19.50.
Yellowtail was good~~~ That's the only sashimi I like.
Combo B is the STEAK!!! Only 5 pieces but it's super good~~~ Beef is really SOFT~ Veg. on the side is great too! Yes, I ate all the veg. too~

Tempura thats included with my Combo B. 5 pieces I think it's alrite... I didn't really like the batter.

oops.. I also order Salmon Skin Cut Roll $5 but forgot to take pix. oops~ Well, they are all in my tummy now...

Taleo Mexican Grill @ Irvine

Expensive Mexican food @ Irvine, next to Caltrans building.
Exterior of the restaurant looks very trendy... totally different from Del Taco or Taco Bell...

Open kitchen... it's super clean inside! The lighting system in here is very min. so all my pictures came out pretty dark.

They got patio seating too!!! But tonight it's a bit too cold.

Chips & Salsa.. Chip is very thin and crispy! Salsa is great too!

Ceviche... $14 Taste so so... too much tomato sauce...I had better Ceviche @ real Mexican restaurant.

Sopes $16 dollars... The rice & veg taste really good!!! All the meats are very soft too~~~

Flan $8 super soft and milky taste. This thing almost kill me.. hehehe I can't really eat milk products.

Overall, I think I like the more local cheap Mexican rest. for my Mexican food..hehehe
